Orange East Public School has a tradition of 110 years of service to its community.
Our relatively small enrolment (250) and Kindergarten to Year 6 organisation create a family atmosphere where students, staff and parents work together. OEPS aims to provide an education in which learning programs focus on the intellectual, social, emotional, cultural, aesthetic and physical development of each child, within the framework of six key learning areas.
There is an expectation that all students will achieve in a caring, supportive environment. Student welfare is emphasised, with interpersonal skills and citizenship developed through the promotion of values and behaviours supported by our community.
Parental involvement and participation are encouraged to create a shared partnership in education.
